What's included in my membership?
Your Leaflet membership includes sensors (free service, repair, and upgrades) to track and monitor your plants’ health accurately. Access to our app, where we translate that data into easy-to-understand, actionable tasks. As well as curated plant products designed for your plants’ needs, shipped to you before you ever have to ask.
Why won't my Leaflet ship immediately?
We're dedicated to reducing e-waste, which means we manufacture in batches to ensure quality and don't create waste. We aim to ship our next batch in October.
How many plants can I add to the app?
You can add unlimited plants to the app! Read the next question to understand how our community of data works and why you'll still be getting data-backed advice on any plants you add that don't have sensors.
Why don't all my plants need a sensor?
Leaflet shares community insights, so we can all thrive when one of us thrives. You really only need a sensor for the tricky plants because somewhere, someone is using a sensor on a plant you already own, and we're sharing those insights with everyone in the Leaflet family.
What plant products come with my membership?
All Leaflet products are organic and curated for your plant. Products range anywhere from fertilizer, soil, pesticide, and biochar. We are constantly updating and adding products. All Leaflet partners are vetted to meet our goal: to grow a greener future. You won’t find these products in your local home improvement store or nursery.
How big are the shipments of plant products?
Because everything we ship is designed for you and your plant, they’re single-use. We will also batch your orders whenever we can. All boxes are designed to be shipped as is, eliminating the need for paper and plastic, and they’re fully recyclable and compostable (seriously). You can feel good knowing everything from our products to our packaging aren’t just great for your plants; they’re great for all plants.
How often will I receive plant products?
Leaflet plant products are sent and curated based on insights from your sensor, so you'll receive them only when your plants need them.
Why do I have to pay annually?
Because Leaflet is continuously gathering data on your plant to give you the best advice, it works best with historical data, meaning the longer you keep Leaflet in your plant, the better your advice will get. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You can get your money back anytime before we ship your sensors to you. Once your shipment has shipped, you can no longer cancel. How many plants can I add to the app?
You can add unlimited plants to the app! Even if they don't have a sensor.
Do I need a sensor in my plants the whole time?
Yes! By having the sensor with your plant, we can monitor its health in real-time, allowing us to know what it needs and when it needs it.
Will I be able to watch my plants when I'm out of town?
Yes! Leaflet streams to the cloud so you can keep track of your plants anywhere.
