Leaflet products are delivered based on your sensor insights. Instead of time-based delivery, which can leave you with too much or too little, leaflet is need-based, meaning you’ll only receive plant products when your plants are ready for them.
As part of your membership, expect to receive planet-friendly soil, organic fertilizer, and natural pesticide. We are always working to expand our range of plant products.

Yes! Leaflet streams to the cloud so you can keep track of your plants anywhere.
Leaflet is connected via WiFi, they have an average wireless range.
We don’t recommend using the current version on outdoor plants. When we release the outdoor version of leaflet, you can always upgrade for free.
Leaflet works on all plants but the current version is most suited for indoor plants.
We do not advise pairing and unpairing a sensor for different plants. You should wait at least a year until leaflet has enough historical data to understand what makes your plant tick, after that, you can reuse your sensor on another plant. Learn more about why pairing and unpairing sensors with plants is not advised in sensor 101.
It’s up to you how you want to use your leaflet sensors. If you place leaflet in all of your plants, you’ll definitely learn something new about each of them. However, if you have a lot of plants, you may want to start by using leaflet sensors for tricky plants, plant investments, experiments, and plants you want to understand better.
The leaflet sensor measures moisture, temperature, humidity, and light (intensity (PPFD)) & quality (Visable,IR)). When we add additional sensors (pH, NPK, VOC), you will get that upgrade for free.

Currently Leaflet memberships are tied to the email address entered at checkout. To gift a leaflet membership, checkout as normal, but input the email address of the person you wish to gift leaflet. If you enter the wrong email address at checkout, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
Plant product shipments are designed for your plant, so they are not one-size fits all. Expect one-time use packages that won’t take up space in your home.
If still within the first thirty days, you may cancel your subscription for a full refund, so long as you return all sensors in your possession to Krado before the end of said thirty days. After 30 days Returns & cancellations after 30 days are up to our discretion, but send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll work with you to come to a result that makes you happy Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. A box is not needed to process the refund, but it’s a good idea to save it as Krado packages have been specially designed to be reused to reduce waste. Read our refund and return policy:
If you want to renew or cancel your Leaflet membership, you can do so after the end of your current billing cycle through the leaflet app within the account screen. There is no option to "pause" a Leaflet Membership. Read the full Terms of Sale on returns and cancellations:
You can find the details of your membership and manage your account within the app, under your account profile.
Memberships start on the date you activate your account. This is different from the date you place your order. When your leaflet arrives you will receive an email with your activation code and once you activate your account, this is the start of your billing cycle. Your account will be auto-billed every year after that point.
